N.S.I. Personnel & Recruitment.

Network Services International Ltd (N.S.I.) has an unrivalled knowledge of the specialist investigation and security marketplace in which it recruits.

The company’s own staff come from this environment, at senior levels, and maintain an extensive network within police forces, the military, the intelligence services, government departments and within the industry sector.

We recruit investigative or specialist security staff of all levels, from operatives to senior management.

The Process.

1. Briefing: During the briefing stage we strive to get as good an understanding of the client  company as possible. A thorough understanding of the ethos, culture and personnel of the company ensures that the most appropriate candidates are put forward.

2. Job and Person Specification: A written specification is produced to confirm our clear understanding of the brief.

3. Candidate Identification: Depending on the position to be filled, a combination of different techniques is used to ensure the widest choice of candidates. Our own comprehensive database of industry professionals seeking new positions is interrogated. Networking within the relevant environments is also undertaken as well as direct approaches to identified target candidates. Should the need arise, advertising will be undertaken if the position warrants a wider, perhaps international, search-base.

4. Candidate Attraction: We are well aware that the best candidates will have choices open to them. We sell the job within your company with knowledge and enthusiasm.

5. Selection Process:

  • We interview all candidates. We use our specialist expertise to benchmark candidates’ levels of expertise in their given fields.
  • Within four to six weeks we present a shortlist of the best candidates. Exceptional candidates will be presented earlier as we find them. Depending what is agreed at the briefing stage, detailed profiles and assessments of potential accompany the shortlist.
  • We will assist in both the interview process and in any subsequent negotiation process as agreed.

6. Due Diligence: Depending on the briefing agreement, we carry out the most thorough due diligence checks. These range from the checking of academic qualifications and interviewing those known to the candidate to the closing of chronological gaps in the c.v. A detailed reference report is then produced.
